Iain Cowan FRICS first qualified over 40 years ago and became a Fellow in 1992. Iain is from a farming family on the Berkshire Downs where they still farm. He has over 40 years’ experience across a range of disciplines including commercial property, valuation, surveying and particularly the residential and development land market which he has focused on for the past 15 years. He started his current business in 2009.

The business are based in Wiltshire but acts for clients from the south coast through to the Midlands and the West Country.

He has a wide range of interests including rugby, cricket, tennis and golf. He is very involved in the local community and has time for a spot of gardening.

Lee Cowan been in the business for 3 years and in involves is assessing site potential for planning and researching residential land and property values. He is currently in his final year at Oxford Brookes study for a  Degree in Valuation and Town Planning.

Lee is also a very keen sportsman having represented his county at rugby and golf when at school. He also loves cricket and tennis. His passion is motor racing.
