We identified the land, advised the land owner and promoted the land through the Neighbourhood Plan. We then oversaw the planning and sold the land sale. Here the landowners decided to promote the land themselves.
Blunsdon, Swindon, Wiltshire. 70 houses
We advised the landowner on this 25 acres site and they partnered with a promoter to deliver 70 houses which was then sold to a regional house builder. A second phase to follow.

We were asked to recommend the best away to deliver the site and a land promoter was appointed and a planning permission was delivered within 3 years and sold to a national house builder.

Following the successful promotion and sale of 39 houses on a farmyard the neighbouring land, in multiple ownerships, was identified with potential and was then promoted. On grant of planning permission on Phase 1 and 2 the site was sold to a national house builder.

We have advised a promotion company on a long term basis who co-operated with a national house builder to jointly seek planning permission for around 1550 houses which is currently awaiting planning permission and the promoted land will then be sold.
Trowbridge Wiltshire. 91 houses
We identified a site of 22 acres which then received a draft allocation through the Wiltshire Local Plan. The neighbour separately promoted their own site. The parties co-operated and planning permission is being sought for around 170 houses overall, soon to be consented.

A small site for 7 houses identified in the Neighbourhood Plan and was then sold to a local developer
Shrivenham, Oxon. 69 houses
We advise this family to promote their land through to planning permission via an Option Agreement with a national housebuilder. We then completed the valuation process to a successful conclusion.
Upavon, Wiltshire. 45 houses
In consultation with the local Parish Council we advised the landowners to bring this site forward for development in spite of it being outside the village settlement boundary. Planning permission was obtained and the site was sold to a regional developer.
